When another product comes along that has the performance features we need, we are switching from XLN to another solution. XLN has no solution for this, nor after 5 years does it appear they intend to. If you are a production house and are on deadlines, get another product. Summary: If you don't mind the unpredictable and at times costly delays, then this is your product.

This time, with the April 2018 Windows update, the OS updated overnight despite having updates turned off. We've gone to XLN Audio 5 times on this, and their answer is the same: 'Windows alters the computer Id with major OS updates.' Fine.
